The Game of Thrones fandom is divided up into three groups:
- The group who have only seen the show.
- The group that has read the books and is dreading the Red Wedding.
- The group that has read the books and can’t freaking wait to enjoy the suffering of all the people who only watch the show and who haven’t read the books to experience the Red Wedding.

in the end it was only the stark sisters who returned to winterfell. they had turned the armies of the vale, the riverlands, the north, and the east to the wall, and hand in hand with their not-so-bastard not-so-brother jon and the dragon queen, vanquished the others, and when the dragon queen offered the lady sansa the position of her hand, she smiled demurely, and said it was time for the starks to stop going south.
arya, hand on the pommel of her sword and her company of sworn men from the east, raised an eyebrow. now together, they would never be parted.
and so they rode to winterfell, with their small retinue, the armies disbanded. but with the gold from the lannisters’ debt to their house and men enough to rebuild. the night ended and the snow melted and the grass grew and the castle rose anew, greater and stronger than it had ever been before.
spring had come, and the stark sisters were home.
